- ISM Code - International Safety Management for ships and marine operations.
- IMO and DG Shipping guidelines for maritime safety and efficiency.

- Management: Establish and review quality goals, provide resources and ensure compliance.
- Quality Department: Monitor, audit and improve QMS performance.
- Employees and Crew: Follow quality procedures and actively participate in continuous improvement.
